Receptionist
Description
The receptionist is responsible for answering and routing incoming calls, taking thorough messages, and providing basic information to callers in a courteous and professional manner while operating a multi-line phone system. The receptionist must ensure that callers are placed on hold for the shortest amount of time possible, and if the call cannot be completed, must route calls to an employee's voicemail or take a message. The receptionist may also be needed to prepare correspondence. Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus. Additional duties may include filing documents, and greeting showroom customers in a friendly and polite manner. This is a full or part-time position.
