Description
The primary goal of a Healey Brothers salesperson is to satisfy the transportation needs of the customer, whatever they may be. You are expected to approach, greet, offer assistance, answer any questions, and ask the necessary questions to ensure that you help your customer find the vehicle that best suited to their needs. Knowledge of the product is required to ensure that you can fully explain the performance and benefits of each vehicle sold. Additionally, you must also be able to explain any financial aspects of the car buying process to your customer, as well as be able to assemble the necessary paperwork. Maintaining a follow-up system is mandatory to encourage repeat and referral business, which will also contribute high customer satisfaction. You will work a 5-day workweek, with occasional hours on Sundays. We encourage sales people with all different levels of experience to apply.
